At Hambrostudio, every item is custom printed on demand just for you once an order is placed. We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States, utilizing top-tier US fulfillment partners to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: $0.00 on all US orders with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times (USA Only)
Thanks to our US-based fulfillment, your order is printed, packaged, and delivered as quickly as possible:

- Production / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping Time: 4 to 8 business days after production.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days from the time your order is placed.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier system to update tracking details.

4. Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at hambrostudio@gmail.com. Once an order has entered the production phase or has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

5. Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Hambrostudio is not liable for unexpected delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or operational delays on the part of the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check first with family members or neighbors. If the package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you with the investigation process with the shipping carrier.
